Typical Application Scenarios

OST-500 is an optical radiation safety test system with 200-3000 nm wavelength range, refer to IEC/EN 62471/CIE S009, IEC/TR 62778, GB7000.1-2015, GB/T 20145, IEC/EN 60598 Annex P., IEC/EN 60598 Annex P. IEC/EN 60432, IEC/EN 60335, GB/T34075-2017, GB/ T34034-2017 2009/125/EC and other relevant standards. The system is equipped with a precision automatic dual-axis turntable, which can automatically find and obtain the maximum radiation position, and automatically measure the photobiohazard value of various lamps and lamp systems (LED products, ultraviolet lamps, lighting sources and lamps, etc.) at the maximum radiation position, and carry out safety classification.

Main Characteristics

1. Integrated Design

Unique test system and precision optical rail integrated design, equipped with high-precision automatic turntable, the alignment of the measured light source or lamps can achieve five-dimensional precision adjustment, to meet the test requirements of different types of samples.

2. High Level Automation

The system can automatically find the position of maximum luminous intensity of the light source, and automatically identify the area with the largest hazard weighted radiation value. The operation of the entire optical radiation hazard measurement and evaluation is very convenient, and has high accuracy and repeatability.

3. Full Wavelength Range

Owning 200-3000 nm full wavelength range with low stray light down to 10^-8, the system is specially suitable for all kinds of lamps, light emitting devices, displays and other products of light safety performance test.

The standard devices used are directly traceable to the USA NIST and China NIM, and refer to IEC standards, CIE standards and Chinese national standards.
