Typical Application Scenarios

CXC series imaging luminance Colorimeter accurately matches with the tristimulus value of CIE1931, can realize the measurement of 2D luminance and chromaticity, mainly used for the measurement of 2D luminance and chromaticity uniformity.It is mainly used for analysis of flat panel TV, light emitting characters, ARVR virtual display and other fields, with good stability and high repeatability.

Main Characteristics

1.One sampling complete the test

The system adopts a scientific-grade constant temperature cooling array detector, and the spectral response of the detector highly matches the human eye tristimulus value curve, which can quickly and accurately obtain the luminance and chromaticity data of each point in the field of view, and analyze the uniformity.

2.Low luminance&High repeatability

High quality constant temperature refrigeration detector, with professional noise circuit design, even in low luminance, still can ensure high measurement repeatability and stability.

3.Wide linear dynamic range &High accuracy

The system uses a scientific grade area array detector with good linearity, and also uses high linear dynamic range (HDR) technology, which can achieve less than 1% measurement linearity uncertainty within 7 orders of magnitude range.

4.Advanced AI algorithms

The system is compatible with intelligent image recognition and other algorithms, and can be oriented to a variety of measurement objects (such as shaped screen, curved screen), according to customer needs to develop luminance and chromaticity uniformity analysis function, support the display defect (MURA) evaluation.
