Far OA-5060 is a system designed and developed for quality control of the manufacturing process of headlamps, which is an online adjustment and fast measurement system for headlamp shape. The system integrates precision optical measurement unit, precision power supply unit and artificial intelligence algorithm, effectively integrates international standards, national standards and human visual recognition judgment functions, and is equipped with a large display, the system is easy to operate, accurate measurement, stable performance, and can effectively produce line to detect the quality of lamp products, such as: LED headlights, DLP projection lamps, laser headlights, halogen headlights, etc.

1. The measurement accuracy is high

It adopts tens of millions of pixels of high-precision CCD image technology to precisely match V(λ) optical detector and precision optical system design, and the measurement is more accurate.

2. The dynamic range is wide

High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDR) technology that accurately detects light and dark cut-off lines.

3. It occupies little space and does not need to be equipped with a dark room

Relying on years of optical design experience, the 25-meter optical path is equivalent to the obscura by using high-precision imaging optical lenses to save test space.

4. The software is rich in functions and can test DLP lamps

Professional online light shape analysis software can process and analyze the light and dark cut-off lines of various light shapes, accurately determine the position of the inflection point, the sharpness of the light and dark cut-off lines and the sharpness factor G value, and automatically qualify the judgment, etc., and can also meet the functions of ADB test module and AFS test and DLP test module.

5. Equipped with a dimming motor, the light type can be quickly adjusted to a limited range
