PCE-2000 Opto-Electric Measurement System mainly used to test the external quantum efficiency, luminous flux, luminous efficiency, optical power, relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, color temperature, main wavelength, peak wavelength, spectral half-width, color rendering index, color purity, red ratio, color tolerance, voltage, current, current density and current efficiency and other parameters of OLED.

Main Characteristics

1. Low stray light and wide linear dynamic measurement range

With patent “Bandpass-filter Wheel Correcting Technique (BWCT)” and “modified NIST stray light correction technology”, can realize ultra low stray light of 5.00E-05 (Under illuminant A) and super photometry linearity of 0.3% in overall dynamic range.

2. Millisecond measurement speed and Scientific measurement accuracy

Adopts the highest quality flat-field concave grating (designed by EVERFINE and OEM from the top manufacturer) and scientific grade TE-cooled array CCDs (customized from HUMAMATSU), can achieve fast measurement speed(ms) and scientific measurement accuracy.Applicable for  both steady state and transient (pulses) measurement for LEDs.
