Typical Application Scenarios

Ultra-high spectral resolution.VTS measuring equipment is mainly used for measuring the spectral curve, radiant power, photoelectric conversion efficiency, LIV curve and other parameters of VCSEL chips such as mobile phones, watches and tablets.

Main Characteristics

1.High spectral resolution

The spectral bandwidth is up to 0.2nm and the wavelength accuracy is 0.05nm, which is especially suitable for the measurement of VCSEL laser with narrow bandwidth.

2.Wide measurement dynamic range

Wide measurement dynamic range, suitable for different power VCSEL products, and the measurement of the LIV curve of the same VCSEL product.

3.Full test function and good synchronization

The test function covers VCSEL light,chromaticity,heat and other performance. Equipped with VCSEL measurement dedicated μs pulse power supply (constant current type), pulse measurement synchronization is good, accurate measurement.
