PCE-2000UV Ultraviolet LED/Module Radiation Measurement System can realize the measurement of the relative spectral power distribution of ultraviolet LED, peak wavelength, half-peak wavelength, spectral radiation flux of UV-A/B/C, and total radiation flux in specific wavelength.
Main Characteristics
1. The core equipment belongs to the HAAS-2000 High Accuracy Array Spectroradiometer family, which has high sensitivity in the UV wavelength and meets the weak signal measurement requirements of ultraviolet LED, especially UVC wavelength.
2. Spectroscopy tests the radiance parameters and is not affected by the spectral distribution of the measured light source and the detector response function.
3. It can be used to measure the relative spectral power distribution, peak wavelength, half-peak wavelength, spectral radiation flux of UV-A/B/C, total radiation flux in specific wavelength and other parameters.
4. Equipped with UV special standard lamp to achieve higher precision measurement of ultraviolet radiation flux.
5. Supporting LED special pulse DC power supply, it can realize the transient optical characteristics measurement (pulse measurement) and steady-state optical characteristics measurement (DC measurement) of LED.
